Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Parmigiano Cream Soup

900 grams Cauliflower
180 grams Carrots
300 grams Potatoes, Boiled
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
40 grams (A. Vogel) Plantaforce® Vegetable Stock Concentrate
6.7 oz Creamo Cereal Cream 10% BF
50 grams Italian Classics Parmigiano Reggiano Grated Italian Cheese
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Parmigiano Cream Soup

  1. Heat the oil, add chopped cauliflower, potatoes and carrots. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

  2. Add hot stock, cover the pot with a lid and simmer over medium heat until vegetables are soft.

  3. Puree the soup. Add cream and parmigiano. Season with pepper to taste. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Serve hot.
