Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Mashers

2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
0.33 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.25 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
0.33 tbsp Original Stick
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Mashers

combine all ingredients .... bring to a boil and turn to medium low. check at about 15 minutes .... when the cauliflower is soft enough to mash remove and reserve the liquid .... mash the cauliflower and back enough of the liquid to make a consistency you like. add the peeper and margarine as the last step.
