27 ounces cauliflower, raw
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cook cauliflower until fork tender, drain

  2. Process with 1/2 cup skim milk in blender

  3. Season with Butter Buds, salt substitute and black pepper

  4. Place in a 8 x 8 casserole dish sprayed with PAM

  5. Bake until bubbly
