Yummy mashed potatoes but healthy!

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Mash

1 head cauliflower
1 tbsp margarine
6 tbsp whole milk
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Mash

Cut up into chunks and steam cauliflower head until soft. You may need to boil it for a bit too. Then mash well and add in margarine wait until melted then add milk until creamy smooth consistency is reached.
