substitute for mashed potatoes 1 cup per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Mash

1/2 cauliflower head (cut into florets and washed)
2 oz of cream cheese
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/8 cup of heavy whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Mash

Boil cauliflower florets until very tender. In a large bowl, mash boiled cauliflower with all other ingredients. Put into a food processor for a couple of minutes, or until smooth and then spoon mixture into a casserole dish and top with plenty of Parmesan. Bake at 350 for about half an hour to 40 minutes
