1 head cauliflower, chopped into florettes
3 oz greek yogurt, Fage0%
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1/2 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Mash

  1. Steam cauliflower in microwave for approx 8 minutes

  2. Add yogurt, butter and seasoning

  3. Mash until desired consistancy

  4. Serving size one cup
