Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Mash

1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup whole milk, organic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Paprika
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter, unsalted

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Mash

  1. Cook cauliflower until fork tender. Place cauliflower (in pieces), skim milk, salt and pepper in blender. Whip until smooth. Pour cauliflower into small baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in hot oven until bubbly.
