Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Mash

1 tbsp Omega-3 with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Light Buttery Spread
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
2 pieces Garlic Cloves
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Mash

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower

  2. Place cauliflower and garlic in a steamer, lightly salt it

  3. Steam until soft

  4. Place all in a blender along with the butter spread

  5. Blend until desired consistency
