Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower masala

1/2 carrot ,diced
2 tomato ,diced
1 tsp jalapeno, diced
1/4 potato, diced
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 spring onion, diced
1/2 onion ,diced
3 cup cauliflower ,diced
6 tbsp capsicum ,diced
1 tsp chilli powder
4 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 pinch salt
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower masala

  1. heat oil

  2. splutter mustard seeds

  3. add all vegetables

  4. fry for 3 mins

  5. add a cup of water

  6. let it boil for 5 mins

  7. add all powders

  8. add coconut milk

  9. serve hot with rice
