Looks sort of like the potato version but...

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Kugel

1/2 head (780g) cauliflower
4 slices (59g) weight watchers whole wheat bread
2 tbsp milled flax seed
1 c egg beaters
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Kugel

  1. Clean cauliflower and break into small florets

  2. Tear bread into small chunks

  3. Chop onion into hunks

  4. Put everything into a food processor and process until smooth.

  5. Bake in 7x9 pan, lightly covered at 350 degrees for about 45-60 minutes.
