Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Gratin

1 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower
8 oz Fancy Parmesan Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread
1/2 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 oz UP Classic Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 spray Parkay Spray

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a casserole dish, separate cauliflower into bite size florets.

  3. Spread out in the bottom of the dish in a single layer.

  4. Set this aside while you make the bechamel. In a small saucepan melt 1 tbsp butter, add flour and whisk until flour is a very light brown.

  5. Add milk and heavy cream.

  6. Let simmer 2-3 minutes, salt and pepper sauce and pour over cauliflower.

  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top and parmesan cheese.

  8. Drizzle melted butter over the breadcrumbs.

  9. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. minutes.
