Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Gratiné

1 head Cauliflower
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup - Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Soups
150 g part-skim mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Gratiné

  1. Cut up the entire head of cauliflower up in medium sized florets. Boil in water until just under tender. Drain.

  2. Place cauliflower in an oven ready dish, cover with unprepared condensed soup. Sprinkle with grated cheese (150g is about half a block).

  3. Place in oven at 350F for about 10mins, or until cheese is melted and soup is bubbling - I personally like to put the oven to Broil for the last minute.

  4. Enjoy as a side dish or an appetizer!
