Very tasty and easy cauliflower soup

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower curry soup

1 head Cauliflower
4 carrots
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
16 oz vegetable broth
1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup fat free yogurt
1 cup peas

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower curry soup

cut up onion, cook covered on low heat with curry for about 7 minutes. About half way through add garlic. When seven minutes are up, add cauliflower and carrots and about half a cup of water. Let boil covered until vegetables are tender. Remove ingredients from pan to blender, and puree. In pot add yogurt, and slowly add the broth, do not boil as it will separate the yogurt. Once mixed, add puree and peas. Heat until it has the right temperature, serve with naan or other bread.
