Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Curry

1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
4 stalk Broccoli
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 cup Coconut Milk
32 tbsp Super Chunk

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Curry

1/2 coconut milk and diced onion into a wok. Let simmer until almost dry. Add peanutbutter, curry powder and coconut milk and water if you want. Let boil then add veggies and cook until tender.
