Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Curry

1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Curry

Saute chopped cauliflower with olive oil. Add flour, milk and water to create thick sauce. Stir in cheese and curry to taste.
