Cauliflower and Mixed Vegetables in a spicy sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Curry

1 head cauliflower
1 medium onion
4 medium mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
3 medium tomatoes
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Curry

Heat olive oil in pan. Add onions and cook for three minutes on high. Add mushrooms, and salt and cook until brown. Add cilantro, cauliflower & garlic, cook for ten minutes. Add tomatoes and sugar, cook until cauliflower is done.
