Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Crust Pizza

1 egg
1 cup cauliflower, cooked
1 cup mozarella, shredded

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Crust Pizza

  1. Preheat ove to 450F.

  2. Mix egg, cauliflower, and cheese.

  3. Spread on greased sheet about 3/4" thick.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  5. If adding toppings, put them on and return to the oven until cheese melts.

  6. Toppings:

  7. Tomato sauce

  8. Mozzarella cheese

  9. Ricotta cheese (small dollops)

  10. Assorted veggies

  11. Mushrooms

  12. Onions

  13. Italian seasonings
