Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower cream soup

2 onion
4 green onion
1/2 kg cauliflower
1/2 liter stock
1 teaspoon corn oil
1 salt, pepper, kurkuma

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower cream soup

  1. Cut the onions and try them with a little oil (cover it) with a little salt

  2. Add the califlower that you previously cut into equal sized, smaller cubes

  3. Add stock

  4. Cook it with the cover on for about 15 minutes

  5. Add kurkuma

  6. Mix it all in the grinder

  7. Serve with a few pieces of hazelnuts
