Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower clam soup

100 grams Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
40 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
50 grams Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 serving Cauliflower Fresh Steam
8 oz BUMBLE BEE Fancy Whole Baby Clams

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower clam soup

  1. Steam cauliflower and potatoes

  2. saute red pepper and potato in olive oil, put steamed cauliflower and potatoes in blender, add 4 to 5 cups of water, blend together.

  3. Add 1 can baby clams, bring all to a boil. Add spices of choice, but no salt.
