Cauliflower Cheese is fab either as a side or or larger portion for a main.

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Cheese (Homemade)

352 grams Cauliflower
1 serving Coleman's Cheese Sauce Mix
10 fl oz Milk
1 serving seriously strong chedder cheese

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Cheese (Homemade)

  1. 1- Cut cauliflower in to small florets and wash.

  2. 2- Boil the cauliflower and under cooked (tender)

  3. 3- Mix the Coleman's Cheese Sauce Mix with the semi skimmed milk on the hob, bring to the boil and simmer as per the packet instructions,

  4. 4- Grate some cheese and make breadcrumbs out of the slice of bead (I use a hand blender to blitz it in a minute)

  5. 5- Transfer the cauliflower into an oven proof dish, mix in the cheese sauce, sprinkle over the grated cheese and breadcrumbs and grill until the cheese has melted.
