Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Casserole

1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup sour cream
1 celery stalk
3 green onions
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
10 oz. cream of chicken soup, fat free
3 cups corn flakes

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Casserole

  1. Mix together sour cream, skim milk, cheddar cheese and soup

  2. Finely chop the celery and green onion

  3. Stir in celery and green onion into mixture

  4. In 9X13 baking dish, slice cauliflower and make one layer of cauliflower on bottom of dish

  5. Cover cauliflower with mixture

  6. Crush corn flakes over the top of the dish

  7. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until cauliflower is soft
