1 cup Cauliflower
2 cup, chopped Carrots
1/4 cup Butter
4 oz Mozzarella Part Skim
2 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 1/4 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
