Vegetables topped with an almost cheesy white sauce. Great with Corned Beef.

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower & Broccoli Gratin

1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched
15 grams Butter
1 dash Salt, Table
0.5 grams Pepper, White
2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
10 grams Parmesan, Hard Cheese
0.25 cup, shredded Colby Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower & Broccoli Gratin

  1. Make White Sauce as per White Sauce Homemade on 2% Milk.

  2. Add parmesan cheese to sauce and stir through.

  3. Boil, steam or microwave cauliflower and broccoli until half cooked.

  4. Pour sauce over vegetables in a shallow dish

  5. Sprinkle with cheese

  6. Bake on Fan/Grill for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and browned on top, and vegetables are cooked.
