Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower borek

1 head cauliflower
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 egg
2 tbsp white whole wheat flour
1 cup mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower borek

  1. Whisk eggs, add oil, and whisk, add yogurt and whisk. Then add flour, and whisk. Finally add half of cheese.

  2. Boil the cauliflower (add 1 small tsp sugar while boiling). Then place the cauliflower on a tray and make small pieces. Add black pepper and a little hot red crushed pepper. Then add all the mixture on the cauliflower. (Don't have to mix, just let the mixture cover and go a little bit into the florets.) Then add the rest of the cheese and add a little more of the red pepper.

  3. Cook in the heated oven at 180C (356F) for about 15-20min. Enjoy!
