3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 clove Garlic
0.5 large Onions
1 medium Red Bell Pepper
15 oz Black Beans Canned
15 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Black Bean Soup

  1. Drain and rinse beans, throw into a pot with 4 cups of water on medium heat.

  2. Prepare veggies.

  3. Toss vegetables into pot and cook for 30 minutes. Season to taste.
