Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Bake

500 g cauliflower
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1 egg white
20 g parmesan

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Bake

Boil cauliflower with a pinch of salt. When tender mash lightly and add egg and egg white and parmesan and put in an oven dish and bake until the egg has thickened (omelette like)
