Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower au gratin

1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
28 grams Cornflour
1 serving Dijon
1 oz Fat Free Plain
0.5 cup Corn Flakes
0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 tsp Becel Light Margarine

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower au gratin

  1. Blend cornflour with 3 tbsps water, set aside.

  2. Steam cauliflower until just tender. Drain and set aside. Place milk in saucepan and cook over med. heat until almost boiling. Remove pan from heat and stir in cornflour mixture. Return pan to heat and cook until sauce boils and thiickens, stirring constatnly.

  3. Combine mustard and yogurt. Remove sauce from heat and blend in yogurt mixture. Season with pepper.

  4. Spread half the sauce ofver the base of an ovenproof dish. Top with cauliflower and remaining sauce. Combine cornflakes, cheese and butter. Sprinkle on top of cauliflower. Dust lightly with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
