Cauliflower in parmesan cheese white sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower au gratin

2 c 2% milk
2 T butter
3 T flour
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
6 c cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower au gratin

  1. Make white sauce with milk, butter and flour. Add parmesan cheese except for 3 T.

  2. Boil cauliflower florettes until almost tender. Mix with white sauce with cheese. Spread in dish to about 1.5 inches thick. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 F until brown.
