Faux alfredo sauce made from blended up cauliflower! I'm going to eat it over vegetable noodles!

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Alfredo

5 1/2 cups cauliflower
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Alfredo

  1. Saute onions and garlic and cauliflower and then take bouillion plus two cups waters and blend everything.

  2. Add spices (italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, etc)

  3. Serve over pasta, vegetables, etc.

  4. Add parmesan cheese to taste (sparingly). Measure parmesan calories separately.
