200 grams cauliflower
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 egg
1 3/4 oz Gruyere
60 grams bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Cauliflowe and Collards Gratin

  1. Steam Cauliflower and Collards Briefly

  2. Combine everything with egg mixture

  3. Top with the breadcrumbs and cheese (spray with cooking spray)

  4. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes
