Cauliflower serves as the crust for this Paleo version of pizza.

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflow Pizza Date Night

2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 oz Original Pepperoni
0.5 oz Prosciutto
10 oz Pizza Sauce
8 serving kraft mozzerella cheese

Recipe Directions for Cauliflow Pizza Date Night

  1. Ingredients:

  2. 2 cups cooked, riced Cauliflower ("rice" it by chopping it finely, using a food

  3. processor, cheese grater, or smashing it with an avocado tool)

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella (or cheese of your choice)

  6. 1 teaspoon Fennel

  7. 2 teaspoons Oregano

  8. 4 teaspoons Parsley

  9. Toppings of your choice. (I went with some organic pizza sauce, more mozzarella,

  10. pepperoni, hot Italian sausage, and topped it with a generous sprinkling of fennel,

  11. oregano, parsley, basil, and thyme.)

  12. Instructions:

  13. Preheat oven to 450.

  14. In a bowl, mix together your cooked, riced cauliflower, eggs, and mozzarella.

  15. Spread dough mixture onto a baking sheet or pizza pan. Make it as thick or thin

  16. as you'd like.

  17. Cook in oven for 15-20 minutes, until desired doneness is reached. Some edgeburning

  18. is normal.

  19. Turn the oven off.

  20. Remove from the oven, and cover with your favorite pizza toppings. I recommend

  21. to cover the entire crust with your toppings for ultimate deliciousness. Any plain

  22. crust around the edges just ends up tasting like cauliflower, but, with the sauce

  23. and stuff on top, it all just tastes like regular pizza. It's like magic!

  24. Turn your broiler on High.

  25. Place your pizza with toppings on the top rack near the broiler. Watch it until the

  26. cheese melts and bubbles and until the toppings look the way you'd like. I broiled

  27. ours for almost 10 minutes because I like really crispy pepperoni and sausage.

  28. Remove from oven. Dough will typically be drier around the edges and softer in

  29. the center of the pizza. I used a spatula to serve it up, and we ate it with a knife

  30. and fork - it was too soft for pick up.
