Recipe Ingredients for Cauli-Rice

3 cups cauliflower
1 T margarine
1/4 c chicken broth
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Cauli-Rice

  1. Chop up cauliflower in a food processor until the size of rice.

  2. Put in covered microwave container.

  3. Microwave on High for 3-4 minutes.

  4. When consistency is firm but done, add butter, chicken broth and pepper.
