combination of mashed Cauliflower and Spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Cauli-inach

4 cups cauliflower florets (frozen or fresh)
1 package chopped spinach
3/4 cup fat free low sodium chicken broth
2 tsp smart balance light
1 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Cauli-inach

cook spinach in microwave for two minutes. Take out and put in blender. roast cauliflower and two garlic cloves 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Mash cauliflower. put spinach, cauliflower, broth, smart balance and garlic in pot, cook until desired consistancy.
