Recipe Ingredients for Cathy's Whole Wheat & Oats Bread

320 grams Water
1 1/2 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoon Margarine Non Hydrogenated Low in Saturated Fat
272 grams Whole Wheat Flour
68 grams Oats, rolled
40 grams Cracked Wheat
10 grams milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
60 grams vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast

Recipe Directions for Cathy's Whole Wheat & Oats Bread

  1. Bread Machine Directions:

  2. Place water, molasses, margarine in pan.

  3. Blend all dry ingredients EXCEPT YEAST in small bowl, add to pan.

  4. Make a small indentation in top of dry ingredients, place yeast.

  5. This yields a Small Loaf, abt 5/5", 10 medium slices.
