Basic tuna casserole except made with Albacore instead of chunk light

Recipe Ingredients for Cathy's Tuna Casserole made with Albacore

10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup, 1 can
20 oz medium egg noodles
1 cup 2% milk
15 oz peas, 1 can (drained)
28 oz albacore tuna, 4 cans (drained)
1 oz (Ruffles) regular potato chips, crushed
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Cathy's Tuna Casserole made with Albacore

  1. Mix soup, milk, and tuna in large bowl.

  2. Cook egg noodles according to directions on package, drain. Mix with above ingredients, fold in peas. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Pour into 13 X 9 baking dish (greased) and sprinkle with crushed potato chips.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or until hot and bubbling.
