1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups macaroni
16 oz tomatoes (low sodium)
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Cathy's Macaroni Goulash

  1. Brown hamburger in large skillet

  2. Add diced onion and green pepper. Cook until slightly tender

  3. Add tomatoes, ketchup and macaroni.

  4. Cover and simmer until macaroni is cooked.
