1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
2/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup oil
2/3 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup heinz ketchup
66 grams light cheese

Recipe Directions for Cathy's Hamburger Pizza (lighter version)

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients (flour to oil) to form crust.

  2. Press crust into cookie sheet.

  3. Cook ground beef in pot until browned and add ketchup.

  4. Distribute ground beef over crust.

  5. Grate cheese and sprinkle over top.

  6. Bake 400F for 20 minutes or until crust is cooked and cheese is melted.
