1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
2 tablespoon pickle relish
1 tablespoon mustard

  1. hard boil eggs

  2. separate whites and yolks

  3. dice egg whites

  4. mash yolks

  5. add all other ingredients to the yolks

  6. add to egg whites

  7. salt and pepper to taste
