Organic granola with lots of omega oils.

Recipe Ingredients for Cathi's Granola

4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Hulled Hemp Seed
1/3 cup ground flaxseeds
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Cathi's Granola

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. melt coconut oil and mix it with remaining ingredients

  3. Stir together

  4. Lay out on a jelly roll pan and bake in intervals at 350 stirring every 5 minutes until lightly roasted
