Recipe Ingredients for Catherine's Healthy Chicken-Pecan-Bleu Cheese Salad

10 ounce raw spinach
1 1/2 cups chicken breast, skinless, chopped
2 ounces bleu cheese crumbles
2/3 cup craisins sweetened cranberries
4 tbsp Maple Farms Raspberry Vinaigarette
1 tsp olive oil
1 ounce pecans

Recipe Directions for Catherine's Healthy Chicken-Pecan-Bleu Cheese Salad

  1. Wash and tear the spinach into small pieces and put into large bowl

  2. Add bleu cheese, pecans and craisins

  3. Brown chicken breast in olive oil and top salad

  4. Add dressing

  5. Split into two portions and serve
