Great tasting Catfish fillet that's quick and easy to fix and is about as Healthy as possible and still have great taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Catfish Filet Pan Fried

1/2 catfish fillet
1/8 cup flour
1/8 oz Cornmeal
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coconut oil
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Catfish Filet Pan Fried

  1. In large resealable bag, combine first 9 ingredients, add catfish fillet and shake to coat.

  2. Put coconut oil in skillet (iron is best) and melt coconut oil.

  3. Place catfish fillet in hot pan and grill covered for about 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  4. Sprinkle on the fresh squeezed lemon juice! DONE
