Recipe Ingredients for Catfish Creole

3 oz Catfish Fresh Seafood
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tbsp chopped Onions
100 grams Bell Pepper
1 serving(34 g) Peach Pineapple Salsa
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Catfish Creole

Chop all vegetables. Brown the vegetables in a skillet. Pour in the salsa when the vegetables are slightly tender. Add the catfish fillet and cook a few minutes on each side until flaky.
