This stir-fry is packed with veggies. You can omit the meat or choose another kind.

Recipe Ingredients for Cass's Pork & Veggie Stir-fry

500 grams pork tenderloin
10 1/2 grams chicken bouillon
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons minced garlic
100 grams baby carrots, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
125 grams pea pods, trimmed
1 large red onion
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Cass's Pork & Veggie Stir-fry

  1. Stir-fry pork in some water(enough to keep it from sticking) until cooked, set aside.

  2. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Put 1/2 into pan, add garlic and carrot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until carrots are tender-crisp.

  3. Add broccoli and pea pods. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add onion.

  4. Combine remaining bouillon water with cornstarch and soy sauce, mix and add to pan with pork. Stir well.

  5. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to soften onion. Serves 6 with rice.
