Lots of veggies in this Company's Coming tweaked for my family recipe. Serve on rice or the pasta of your choice.

Recipe Ingredients for Cass's Oriental Beef Stir-fry

75 ml water
10 ml cornstarch
15 ml soy sauce
15 ml minced garlic
1/2 ml low salt beef bullion powder
1/2 ml pepper
5 ml olive oil
400 grams sirloin beef
1 large onion(cut into wedges)
1000 ml broccoli
500 ml cauliflower
60 ml water

Recipe Directions for Cass's Oriental Beef Stir-fry

  1. Mix cornstarch and all ingredients up to and including the pepper and set aside.

  2. Heat wok or fry pan on med-high. Add olive oil. Add beef(cut into strips) and onion. Stir-fry until meat is at desired doneness. Transfer to bowl.

  3. Add broccoli & cauliflower and second amount of water to hot wok. Cover. Steam for 3 minutes. Add beef mixture. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Stir-fry until liquid is boiling and thickened.
