Good basic meatloaf for the whole family

Recipe Ingredients for Cass's Friday Night Meatloaf

1 kg Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat
4 egg whites
1 package onion soup mix
113 grams cooking onion
64 grams ketchup

Recipe Directions for Cass's Friday Night Meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup together until well blended.

  2. Pack mixture firmly into a loaf pan.

  3. Top with ketchup.

  4. Place in 375 degree F oven and bake for one hour draining off fat after about a half hour and before serving.
