Recipe Ingredients for Cass's Dish Casserole

28 ounces canned diced tomato
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
400 grams cod

Recipe Directions for Cass's Dish Casserole

  1. Mix everything but fish into a fry pan and simmer until most of the liquid is gone, about 20 minutes.

  2. Preheat the oven to 375F and cut up fish and put in the bottom of a casserole dish. Dump tomato mix on top and bake for 20 minutes until fish is cooked.

  3. Serves well over rice.
