Recipe Ingredients for Cass's Corn Chowder

106 grams bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups frozen corn
3 cups chopped potato
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 cups 1% milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Cass's Corn Chowder

  1. Put bacon and onion into large pot. Saute together until bacon is crispy.

  2. Add next 6 ingredients, Bring to boil. Cover and simmer until potato is cooked. Stir occasionally. Makes about 6 cups.
