Recipe Ingredients for Cass's Chili Cheese Soup

2 tablespoons Becel Regular Margarine
1 tablespoon All purpose flour
2 teaspoons reduced salt beef bullion
2 cups water
28 ounce canned tomatos
1 cup diced onion
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Cass's Chili Cheese Soup

  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Add beef bullion and water. Stir until mixture boils and thickens.

  2. Add tomatoes, onion and spices. Bring to boil. Cover and Simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. Add cheese. Stir to melt.

  4. Makes about 6 cups.
