150 grams onion
300 grams frozen corn
100 grams carrot, diced
300 grams potato, diced
130 grams celery, diced
10 ounces condensed tomato soup
3 cups water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Cass's Beef Vegetable Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients in large slow cooker(5 quart/5 Liter).

  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 9 to 10 hours OR High for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
