Modification of Rachel Ray's Cassoulet Stoup.

Recipe Ingredients for Cassoulet soup

28 oz Great Northern Beans
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
5 link Italian Mild
3 cup, chopped Carrots
6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
10 oz Deer, Ground
4 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
2 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Sage, Ground
2 Teaspoon Thyme
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for Cassoulet soup

Brown sausage (out of casing) and other ground meat in a few tsp of oil. Dice the chicken and add to the browned sausage. Add spices and chopped veggies. Add chicken broth and beans, drained. Simmer for an hour.
